Hi all,Welcome to the space to change your life Let’s talk about changing states! We all know what it is like when you wake in the morning and wish you could go back to sleep. 'Mondaymorningitis' is a common complaint! Some people know how to change that state very quickly and I’d like you to know how too.
Obviously if your waking thought is a negative one this is not going to get you in a positive frame of mind for the day.
By questioning the negative states purpose your brain will automatically look for a positive frame of mind. So change your waking state and have a joyous day!
