In all the years that I’ve being using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) I am still constantly finding myself amazed at how quickly and effortlessly people can make fast and lasting changes to their lives.

NLP gives you the control you need to make the choices best suited to you. No longer are you held back by anxiety or old habits.

Originally trained in accounting, I diversified into the field of education in the early 1990s. While training in the Waterford Dyslexia Centre, I became aware of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Having completed my Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certifications I incorporated NLP techniques into my existing work. Having seen the difference NLP can make in a persons life, I set up a private practice working with people who presented with a diverse range of conditions.

As my practice grew I recognised the need for quality training in NLP. I extended my studies to qualify as trainer of NLP and am a recognised Licensed Trainer with the Society of NLP.

Knowing the importance of continuously updating your skills and knowledge, I also hold a Certificate in Individual Psychology with Counselling Skills from the Tipperary Institute, Co. Tipperary. I am also the first person in Ireland to hold the NLP Teaching Excellence Certificate.
